What is breathwork?

There are many forms of breathwork, but the modality I work with is a type of active meditation.

That said, you don’t need to know how to meditate in order to participate.

If you can breathe, you can do breathwork.

I have always had a hard time remaining in my body.

 

Breathwork helps you stay present in your body, while allowing energy to move through it and be transmuted.

1:1 sessions

In these sessions, I guide your breath practice and hold space for you to heal anything that is ready to be transmuted and released.

No previous experience required.
